– final cleaning 50 € payment on arrival
– a stay up to three nights and supplementary charges for holidays (Easter, Whitsunday, All Saints , Christmas, New Year´s Eve): + 30% reservation : 30% of total price
– cancellation of reservation must be made at least 7 days before arrival (charge for cancellation within 7 days is 50% of total fee)
– residence tax is not included in the price (0.80 € per person per night payment on arrival)
